Ford Mustang Checks Allow You to Spend Money and Have Fun Doing it.

Who says you can’t have fun spending money?

Well, Checks and Things one of the web's largest bank checks sites, just made it a little easier by offering Mustang Addicts their very own Mustang checks. Available are eight separate alternating checks which show a different model of the Mustang, convertible or hardtop, in its natural outdoor element.

And the Mustang madness doesn’t stop there. Also available are Ford Mustang address labels, Ford Mustang contact cards and a Ford Mustang leather checkbook cover.

Now, I just have one question for all you Mustang Enthusiasts.

Carroll Shelby and Phil Hill Received Eagle One-Shav Glick Award

Motor racing legends Carroll Shelby and Phil Hill were both recipients of the seventh annual Eagle One-Shav Glick Award for distinguished contributions to motor sports in California. The award was presented by car care products company Eagle One during pre-race ceremonies at the NASCAR Auto Club 500, at California Speedway on February 26, 2006.

The award which was voted upon by a panel of national and California motorsports writers is in honor of the recently retired, long-time motorsports writer for the Los Angeles Times, Shav Glick.

Shav Glick had this to say about the two racing legends, "Hill and Shelby are both products of that era in the 1950s and 60s that has become known as the glory years of sports car racing, a time when ingenuity and industry were rewarded in the racing fraternity. Both were winners and both carried the California trademark with great success on the world racing scene.”

Too often overlooked and too frequently cast in with the 1987 thru 1993 Foxbody Mustang, the 1994 thru 1995 Mustang GT and Mustang Cobra offer great styling and plenty of bang for the buck value.

As Michael Lamm outlines in his article "Ford Mustang GT and SVT Cobra (1994-1995)" the Fox-4 SN95 Mustangs are not only fun to drive and virtually bulletproof but are also very easy to work on and offer an abundance of available aftermarket performance goodies to bolt right on. Now thats what I call "delivering the best bang for the buck" is all about.
